Prediction for the PL 2023/24 Season

Right now i would predict the below........but we always have at least 1 surprise? Luton to stay up, someone other than Man City or Arsenal to win the PL, Everton to finally succumb and go down etc
Just think we have a bit of shit floating about the PL apart from the 3 selected to go down, Forrest, Everton, Burnley, Bournemouth, Fulham, Palace and of course us are all going to be looking over their shoulder or trying to get out or away from the bottom 3 for most of the season.
1st and 2nd, Man City and Arsenal
3rd – 6th, ManU, Liverpool, Newcastle, Chelsea
7th-10th, Villa, Spurs, Brighton, Brentford.
Mid table mediocrity, the other 7!
17th-20th, Wolves, Sheffield United, Luton

Luton Everton and Sheff United to go down
Uefa are due to announce its top five for champions league so city Liverpool Chelsea and Arsenal and Man u get those
be a bigger points difference between the top ten teams and the dross at the bottom like us under Moyes
Bournemouth will surprise a few and do pretty well under their new manager showing the importance of ruthless management

City to win the league.
Down - Luton, Sheff Utd, one other..
West Ham 10/11th based on having a decent squad, a lot of shit in the league and once Moyes goes all will be great again, well according to WHO anyway.

Newcastle won't be top 4 due to games in CL
Brighton,Brentford and Fulham bottom half
West Ham 10th
Burnley top half
Luton,Bournemouth and Forest to go down

We won't go down ..were shite but have more money than the other sides that will be down there . The dwarf needs stringing up for allowing the club to get into this mess .

Chelsea have looked strong preseason so i expect them to run City & Arsenal close.
One of those bigger clubs will have an off season, my guess is Liverpool.
Without change at the top we will have a very similar league season to last season.
Two promoted teams plus one of Everton, us, wolves or forest to drop.
